Pastor Stephen Allen is a native of South Florida residing in Broward County and growing up in the Esquire Lakes Community of Pompano Beach. He attended public school through the 12^th grade, graduating from Coconut Creek High School. Following High School, he pursued his associate degree from Broward College, and later graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. 

Upon meeting his future wife (Latongela) while in college in 1991, Pastor Allen and Latongela Allen were eventually joined in matrimony in February of 1993. Stephen and Latongela have been married for over 25 years… And, this happy union has produced three boys, “Lil” Stephen, Michael and Christian. 

Between his college years, Pastor Allen began working for the local cable company. He went on to earn many certifications in the field, and later started his own Communication business with just a small red truck and a few tools. But by Faith… The business grew and provided bountifully for the Allen Family. 

Like many youths in the South Florida area, Pastor Allen had his difficulties finding his way to adulthood and success. However, by the Grace of GOD… Pastor Allen was invited to join a youth group at his home church, Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist. This youth group, “YCC” (Young Christians for Christ” was instrumental in shaping and developing a Christian-Moral character for Pastor Allen. From there, he was asked to teach the Adult Class for Sunday School. Then that following year, he was asked to take over the regular full-time teaching for the weekly Bible Study Class. 

In 1994, Pastor Allen received his call into ministry… Under the leadership of Pastor Wiggins, he became a license minster and was later ordained as a Reverend in the year of 1997. Serving faithfully within his church and his pastor, he and his wife began to pursue deeper work in ministry. Of which, and years following, The Truth and Holiness Church became a fruition.  

Pastor Allen is an active member of the Pompano Beach Christian Clergyman Council. By which, serves the many ails of the local community through Evangelism and Social-Political Engagements.  Pastor Allen has written several articles and documents pertaining to Christian Growth, Development and Empowerment. He also has a Special Ministry of One-on-One Counseling to Members and Non-Members. 

In Closing, Pastor Allen is known as a “Man of God” that Loves God, Loves his Family, Loves Preaching and Loves his Church!

Evangelist Latongela Allen is the 1st Lady of Truth and Holiness Full Gospel Church.  She serves alongside her husband Pastor Stephen Allen Sr.  Evangelist Allen is known for her fun, loving and impactful spirit.  

Evangelist Allen operates with the spirit of Excellence and Integrity.  She's gifted in the area of Healing, Exhortation, Empowerment and Practical teaching with visual demonstration.  Although small in stature, her impact Big and Bold.  She serves as the Director of the Women's ministry of Truth and Holiness. Her greatest accomplishment was accepting Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.  

Evangelist Allen has a deep passion for the hurting, abused, abandoned, and rejected.  Evangelist Allen is the Founder/CEO of God's Girls Rock T-shirt apparel, Lace Exclusive Events and The Cheerleader Agency specializing in Customer Service.  

Evangelist Allen has been married to Pastor Stephen Allen for over 25 years. Together they have 3 children; Stephen, Michael and Christian.
